Symbat holds a master’s in innovation and management (MSIM) from Montana State University. Her academic foundation complements her professional experience as a Demand Planning Analyst in Central Asia, where she specialized in data-driven decision-making and artificial intelligence/machine learning implementation. These roles helped her develop a strong ability to plan, coordinate and communicate effectively — skills she uses daily to benefit clients at B.O.S.S Retirement Solutions.

Outside the office, Symbat enjoys an adventurous and meaningful life in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she relocated in 2025 after living in Montana and her native Kazakhstan. She loves hiking in the nearby mountains, attending comedy shows and discovering new coffee spots. Symbat is also deeply passionate about women’s empowerment and sustainability, which influence her approach to work and life.
