Melisa has been with B.O.S.S. Retirement Solutions for over five years. During that time, she has enjoyed helping build the amazing team at B.O.S.S. and helping to support the company culture as the team grows.

Melisa oversees a variety of projects including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, team events, and working closely with all Office Administrators. Customer service and the client experience are also a top priority for her.

Melisa holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and has worked most of her career in Human Resources and in customer service roles.

In her free time, Melisa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, playing games, being outdoors, traveling, and serving in the community.
