Effective as of July 1, 2025, B.O.S.S Retirement Advisors, LLC (BOSS) and Bronco Sports Properties, LLC (“Promoter”) entered into an agreement wherein BOSS is the recipient of certain sponsorship rights, including use of the designations “Official Partner of Boise State Athletics” and "Official Retirement Planning Partner of Boise State Athletics" and other Boise State trademarks for use in BOSS advertising. In connection therewith BOSS may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on Boise State Athletics websites, advertisements at Boise State Athletics events, and promotional events at Boise State Athletics events. As consideration for this arrangement and the aforementioned benefits, BOSS is obligated to pay Promoter, per the terms of such arrangement, a fee until the end of 2027. This fee will be $18,750.00 per month, increasing to $19,687.50 per month in 2026 and $20,671.92 per month in 2027.
