Position Overview
The Client Relations Coordinator plays a key role in driving firm growth by scheduling and confirming qualified appointments for our Investment Advisor Representatives. This is a performance-driven role that directly impacts advisor productivity, marketing ROI, and client experience.
Compensation
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospects
• Schedule, confirm, and manage advisor calendars
• Support and attend dinner seminars and company events
• Maintain CRM accuracy and track performance metrics
• Execute structured follow-up to maximize show rates
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4+ years related experience)
• 1+ year sales experience
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
