Position Overview
The Client Review Coordinator is responsible for proactively contacting existing clients to schedule annual and semi-annual review appointments with our advisory team. This role plays a critical part in client retention, relationship deepening, and overall firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to schedule review meetings
• Maintain and manage advisor review calendars
• Execute confirmation process to maximize show rates
• Track outreach efforts and maintain CRM accuracy
• Support client engagement campaigns and retention initiatives
Success Metrics
• Daily outbound call minimum
• Weekly client reviews scheduled target
• Minimum client show ratio target
• CRM accuracy and follow-up compliance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 3+ years related experience)
• 1+ year experience in customer service, scheduling, or inside sales
• Strong phone communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
