She earned a Bachelor’s degree in business psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She has 4+ years of customer service experience as well as a passion for creating positive connections and event coordination, Ella is delighted to be a part of the marketing team at B.O.S.S.

Ella enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, crafting, and dancing.
