Jon is a native Utahan born in Pleasant Grove, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University of Idaho with a degree in Finance and a minor in Business Analytics. During his time at school, he found a passion for wealth management through his upper-level course work helping friends and family by sharing what he had learned.

Outside the world of finance, he is married and has 2 daughters, enjoys spending time hiking and exploring the trails of the Wasatch, working on cars, and learning anything about helicopters.
