Jon is a native Utahan born in Pleasant Grove, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University of Idaho with a degree in finance and a minor in business analytics. During his time at school, he found a passion for wealth management through his upper-level coursework helping friends and family by sharing what he had learned.

Outside the world of finance, he is married and has two daughters, enjoys spending time hiking and exploring the trails of the Wasatch, working on cars and learning anything about helicopters.
