Mike joined our team in 2025 and truly embodies our community-first approach at B.O.S.S. For the past eight years, he’s been helping fellow Utahns — especially local families and small business owners — cut through the noise and find a retirement strategy that works for their lives.

He currently holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, plus insurance licenses in life, health, property, casualty, annuity and long-term care. His favorite piece of advice? Mike and his wife, Kim, have called Orem, Utah, home for 25 years, raising three kids and putting down roots in every sense of the word. When he’s not at the office or helping a client’s small business grow, you’ll likely spot Mike outside landscaping, chatting with neighbors or lending a hand at a community event. Family game nights, college sports and two spirited dogs, Pepper and Guster, round out a home that thrives on connection. With Mike, you’re always working with a neighbor who cares about your future just as much as you do.
